Ashley was delivered two months earlier when she was born, and weighed just 2lbs 8oz. The hospital stay she was in ICU took a full month. She was told by her parents that Christmas Day was the day that she would need heart surgery. Christmas Day brought answers to the prayers of her parents when doctors advised her parents she had an open heart. Ashley was never in need of surgery. In two months of hospitalization her weight was just 4 1/2 pounds when released. Since then, she has not had a single illness! Her father is German-English. Her mother's family comes origins from Ireland. Her first appearance as an actor was a commercial to promote the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley aged 8 was approached by Ford Modeling Agency. She was a steady performer in the print industry and remains with the Agency. When she was 10years old, Ashley decided to become an actor. Ashley did 35 commercials before moving on to theater roles. Ashley now has a passion for acting. Ashley was able to focus all her energy on her acting. That left very little time for modelling as well as dancing. Ashley's latest part is "Hanna Marin", on ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars (2009). Ashley had a small part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love" and was portrayed with Solange as well as Romeo Miller. Britney took a photo with Ashley for Vogue Magazine. She is featured in the music video "That Girl" by NLT.
